Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Taiyari.in. It explains the rules and conditions under which you can cancel your order or subscription.

By making a purchase on Taiyari.in, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • One-time Purchases (Mock Test Series, PDF Notes, Study Materials, Courses): Once the order is placed and access is granted (login details shared or content unlocked), the order cannot be cancelled.
  • You can request cancellation only within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not started any test, not attempted any question, and not downloaded any material.
  • After 24 hours or after any access, cancellation requests will be rejected.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Example: If you cancel on 15th May in a monthly plan, it will remain active till 14th June.
  • Once the subscription is renewed, it cannot be cancelled for that particular billing period and no refund will be issued for the current cycle.
  • Auto-renewal can be turned off from your account settings to avoid future charges.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

The following cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

  • Any digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
  • Mock tests that have been started or attempted
  • Courses or packages after 7 days of purchase
  • Products purchased during promotional offers or discounts
  • Partially consumed services

4. How to Cancel

For Subscriptions:

  1. Login to your account on taiyari.in
  2. Go to “My Account” → “Subscriptions”
  3. Click on “Cancel Subscription”

For One-time Orders (within 24 hours):

  1. Send an email to officialtaiyari@gmail.com
  2. Clearly mention:
    • Your registered Email ID
    • Order ID
    • Purchase Date
    • Reason for Cancellation

5. Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests sent only via WhatsApp or call will not be accepted. Email is mandatory.
  • After successful cancellation, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • Taiyari.in reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspicious activity, payment fraud, or violation of terms.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
