Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By purchasing any product or service on Taiyari.in, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.


1. General Refund Rules

  • All sales of digital products (Mock Tests, Test Series, PDF Notes, Study Materials, Courses, Subscriptions) are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases as mentioned below.
  • Once a product is purchased and accessed (even partially), it becomes non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund only in the following limited situations:

  1. Technical Issues If you are unable to access the purchased content due to a technical fault from our side (server error, content not loading for more than 48 hours) and the issue is not resolved within 3 working days.
  2. Duplicate Payment If the same amount is debited twice due to a technical error.
  3. Incorrect Product Purchased If you accidentally bought the wrong test series/package and have not started any test or downloaded any material. Request must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  4. Service Disruption In case of major platform outage lasting more than 7 days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • All Mock Tests & Test Series (once activated or attempted)
  • PDF Study Materials & Notes (once downloaded)
  • Subscription Plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
  • Any course or package after 7 days of purchase
  • Products bought during offer/discount periods
  • Partially used or consumed content

4. Refund Timeframe

  • All valid refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Wallet, Card, etc.).
  • Bank/Transaction charges are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Mention the following details clearly:
    • Your registered Email ID
    • Order ID / Transaction ID
    • Purchase Date
    • Reason for Refund
    • Screenshot of payment (if needed)

Note: Refund requests sent via WhatsApp or call will not be entertained. Only email requests are accepted.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a subscription before it renews (at least 24 hours before the renewal date).
  • Once a subscription is renewed, it becomes non-refundable for that billing cycle.
  • One-time purchases cannot be cancelled after access is granted.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
